  1. Do you collect in my area?

    If you live in the urban areas of Ballinlough, Douglas, Frankfield, Rochestown, Passage West, Carrigaline, Bishopstown or Ballincollig then YES we do.

    If you don't live in an urban area in one of these locations, or aren't sure, just drop us an email on the Contact Us page explaining where you live and we'll let you know !

  2. How much is it?

    It's €15 / however much you value your Saturday

  3. When will you collect?

    We will collect at various times depending where you are on our route but it is important to leave your tree out the night before as we might be up before you!

  4. Where do i leave the tree?

    Just leave it where you leave your normal refuse/recycling bins out for collection every week. ie bottom of the drive / on the kerb outside the house.

  5. Can I leave decorations on the tree?

    NO !! we recycle all our trees and they must be completely undecorated when left out for collection.

    ChristmasTreeCollection.ie reserves the right to refuse collection if trees are not left in an appropriate manner for collection.

  6. What if you don't collect?

    If your tree is there, we will collect.

    If we can't find your tree, we will ring you (on your given contact number) so you can let us know where to find it.

  7. Using PayPal

    PayPal is an independent, secure payment provider.

    It has 150 million users worldwide and is generally acknowledged as a worldwide leader in Online Payment Protection. - see www.paypal.com for further information.

  8. Cash on Collection

    We will phone your contact number when we are approaching your area to ensure you are home. If you are not there, your tree will not be collected.

    To ensure your tree is collected with the minimum of inconvenience, please book and pay online using PayPal.

  9. What if i'm not going to be at home?

    It is your responsibility to ensure our driver receives payment on collection.

    If you wish to leave payment in a secure place where the driver can be instructed to retrieve on collection (ie in your front porch / under a flower pot etc) that is YOUR responsibility and ChristmasTreeCollection.ie takes no responsibility for any monies not personally handed to a member of staff.

    To ensure your tree is collected with the minimum of inconvenience, please book and pay online using PayPal.

  10. WHere does my tree go?

    We bring it to one of our Cork based recycling partners where trees will be either shredded and used for weed control in gardens or public parks and walkways; Composted and reused as fertilizer; or broken down for use as an Eco friendly fuel source.
